Chase the Big One at the Brown Trout Tournament
There is something special about spring mornings on the water. The air is crisp, the launch ramps are busy, and anglers are already thinking about the fish that might become the catch of the weekend. That energy returns with the Baileys Harbor Brown Trout Tournament, one of the area’s favorite spring traditions. This annual event invites anglers of all ages to test their skills in pursuit of trophy brown trout across the waters of Lake Michigan and Green Bay. It is more than a competition. It is a celebration of fishing season, community spirit, and the excitement that comes with every cast. The tournament is NOW UNDERWAY and concludes on Sunday, April 19 at 12:00 PM. For four days, participants head out onto the spring waters of Lake Michigan in search of a trophy brown trout. Stay tuned throughout the weekend as results and tournament updates are posted as they come in.
