Marketing and Sales Assistant / Sales Executive
Location: Door County, WI (Field-based; flexible schedule; focus on Luxemburg, Scott, Green Bay, Howard, Suamico, and surrounding rural Northeast Wisconsin communities)
About the Role:
The Marketing & Sales Assistant / Sales Executive works closely with on-air and programming staff to bring creative ideas to life for local businesses. This role blends inside and outside sales, offering hands-on experience in radio and digital advertising while building strong client relationships. You’ll have the flexibility to meet clients in the field and grow into a full outside sales role over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Set appointments, meet with clients, and advise businesses on effective radio and digital marketing solutions
Create proposals, recommend ad schedules, and execute advertising agreements
Develop creative assets, promotional ideas, and ad copy; assist with production and voice work when applicable
Present and advise on digital advertising opportunities, media mix, messaging, timing, and campaign results
Maintain and grow existing client accounts while prospecting new clients
Collaborate with on-air, programming, and promotions teams to deliver integrated campaigns
Qualifications & Skills:
Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, real estate, retail) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Professional appearance with comfort in a casual workplace setting
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business management, or related field (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary plus commission (base + commission range: $48,000–$65,000+; uncapped commissions)
Paid time off accrued up to 80 hours plus 9 paid holidays
Employer IRA match up to 3% after probationary period

Business Development & Marketing Manager
Location: Door County, WI (Flexible; some evening or weekend activities as needed)
About the Role:
The Business Development & Marketing Manager leads revenue growth across all channels for Case Communications. This role provides strategic direction, training, and leadership to the sales team while collaborating with on-air staff, digital promotions, and social media to drive innovative advertising solutions and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day sales operations, including client appointments, proposals, ad copy approval, and campaign execution
Educate local businesses on radio and digital advertising opportunities
Develop monthly and quarterly sales strategies, promotions, and revenue-driving packages
Support and coach sales staff on presentations, proposals, and account growth
Forecast on-air and digital revenue, manage digital inventory, and set achievable sales goals
Assist the VP with accounts receivable and support timely collections
Conduct local market perception studies or research and apply insights to rate structures, offerings, and programming
Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff while fostering a strong, positive company culture
Collaborate with the Social Media Director on employer branding, recruitment, and company culture initiatives
Provide on-air support, including voicing commercial spots, as needed
Participate in occasional evening or weekend events, community activities, or client meetings
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or marketing
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and coaching skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience with radio, media, or digital advertising preferred
Additional Information:
Occasional non-standard work hours may be required for events or client engagements
Other operational or general duties as assigned

Business Office Manager
About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Manager to support daily office operations and collaborate with our sales, on-air, and production teams. This is a year-round, on-site role with flexible hours and strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations (opening/closing, light cleaning, general admin)
Enter receivables, assist with deposits, and support billing processes
Create and maintain digital sales agreement files
Assist sales and on-air staff with proofing live reads and on-air prep
Act as Traffic Coordinator using Natural Log (training provided)
Support studio scheduling and production tasks as the role expands
Coach and record clients in-studio; assist with promotions and imaging
Qualifications & Skills:
Highly organized; thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with Facebook/Instagram Business Suite is a plus
Compensation commensurate with additional education and experience
Additional Information:
24–40 hours per week (customizable)
Year-round, on-site role
